At Revr3nt, every piece is made to order with intention. Because each item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. For orders lost in transit, we will reship at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production has begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
